Business Administration Apprentices

A medical manufacturing company located in the Kent Science Park are looking for two Business Administration Apprentices. Training within aspects of the business will be provided alongside this qualification.

Weekly wage: £127.50
Apprenticeship duration: 18 months

Main duties will include:

  • Business administration duties 
  • Reception 
  • Housekeeping 
  •  Arrange and attend meetings 
  • Customer service 
  • Administration of customer invoices 
  • Booking in repairs and updating database systems  
  • Collating purchase orders  
  • Assisting in maintaining levels of stock  
  • Review deliveries against the orders

Working hours
8am-4.30pm, 8.30am-5pm,  9am-5.30pm Half an hour for lunch and 2pm finish on a Friday.

Qualifications required
You will need GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above (or equivalent).
